I’ve been a member here for a few years. Training with Brock and the team has elevated my confidence and given me a feeling of personal safety and accomplishment . I highly recommend this gym if you are looking to start your journey in bjj. The members are welcoming, the facility is clean, and the lessons provide a challenging yet manageable approach to learning the sport. I originally joined to feel confident in self deference as a female, this club has turned into family for me and an outlet and people I can turn to in any season of life.
